Terms & conditions that apply to all promotions
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are valid for new bookings made online for availabilities between 1st April & 31st October each year.
Discount codes cannot be combined & only one offer may be applied to a booking.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes do not apply to the following items:
> tickets that have already been discounted, e.g. family tickets & bookings for charters & private groups,
> full-day fishing trips,
> rod hire,
> gift cards,
> booking or other fees charged by third-parties (e.g. booking agents/affiliates), or
> special fares resulting from measures taken to mitigate the effects of any public health emergency.
In the event of cancellations, refunds will be given for the value of the order (excluding booking or third party fees), that is with the discount applied & not the current ticket price.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply to the original booking & activity only & will not be applied to any subsequent booking.
Codes must be entered in the appropriate field during the booking process & applied before any discount is deducted from the order.
All discounted bookings are subject to our general conditions of carriage & terms of business.
Offers & promotions are subject to availability & may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
Additional terms & conditions for specific promotions
Group discounts: Valid on cruises only & for groups of 25+ fare-paying passengers. Not available to book online.
Services staff discounts: Valid on cruises & family & enthusiast fishing trips only. Available to book online, by phone, or in person. Appropriate scheme membership card/ID must be shown at time of booking or during check-in. Includes family tickets.
Social media discounts: Valid on cruises & family fishing trips only. Excludes bank holidays (see below).
Local resident discounts: Valid on cruise bookings only. Proof of address in the name of the lead passenger must be shown during check-in.
Advance purchase tickets: Valid on cruises & family fishing trips only. Excludes bank holidays (see below). Valid only on availabilities up to & including the date specified on relevant voucher.
Rebooking discounts: Valid on cruises & family & enthusiast fishing trips only. Available to book online or in person. Valid only on availabilities up to & including the date specified on relevant voucher.
Partner discounts: Valid only on those trips specified on relevant voucher. Excludes bank holidays (see below).
Promotional family tickets: Issued by local charities & organisations during fundraising events. Valid on Puffin Island Wildlife Cruises & Menai Strait Sightseeing Cruises for one family (4 persons, no more than 2 adults) only, any additional passengers (including additional family tickets) must be paid for in full. Valid until 31 October in year following issue. Excludes bank holidays (see below).
